Work Package 7 efforts in the last few months have been focused on preparing five- one day long site visits of National Competent Authorities (NCAs) in order gather information about their pharmacovigilance and quality management systems. Visits to Czech Republic, Ireland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, and Spain took place in May and June 2014.
We are pleased to announce that thanks to the effort and commitment of the colleagues working in the SCOPE Work Package 8, WP8 – Lifecycle Pharmacovigilance Surveys were launched on 4 July 2014.
We are pleased to announce that thanks to the effort and dedication of the colleagues working in WP6, the SCOPE Work Package 6- Safety communication and web-portals surveys were launched on 3 July 2014.
We are pleased to announce that the SCOPE Work Package 4 – ADR Collection surveys were launched on June 11th 2014. These are the first Work Package surveys launched within the SCOPE Project.
The SCOPE Work Package 2 (Communications) team has fulfilled one of its key deliverables with the creation of a SCOPE website.
On Monday 10 March, the first SCOPE General Advisory Board took place at the MHRA’s offices in London.
To formally launch SCOPE the MHRA arranged a workshop held at the EAHC in Luxembourg on 18 November 2013, which was attended by 40 delegates from 26 countries and institutions.
