The Strengthening Collaborations for Operating Pharmacovigilance in Europe (SCOPE) - European Organisation for Rare Diseases (EURORDIS) pharmacovigilance training took place on 22 March 2017 in London.

This one day event supported patient engagement and involvement, bringing together patient organisation representatives to learn about pharmacovigilance, and to receive training in responding to challenging telephone calls.
